downloaded latest tasmota sonoff.bin only
pull it apart
I plug my FTD1232 into it
vcc to vcc 3v only
RXD TO TXD
TXD TO RXD
GND TO GND
Plug it into computer
run the ESPeasy Flasher
select the sonoff.bin file
now the hard bit putting it in flash mode
read
touch button1 and touch S1 its below button2
took heaps of tries
I just keep click the flash button on ESPEasy until i flashed
once flashed pulled USB out and back in
loaded up Termite change it to com9 as that were it connected
left baud rate as 115200 click Connect
and waited
once it booted to
type in
SSID1 my Wi-fi networkname
then
PASSWORD1 itspassword
rebooted again
and could see connecting to my wifi and the IPaddress
put that ipaddress in browser and bugger i work
went into the Configuration change it to Sonoff T1 2CH
let it reboot then had a brain fart use sonweb did a scan and found it
but did not save it
back to browser with new ipaddress and set my MQTT and set the Topic
then added to HA
wired in wall it worked
then back to sonweb rescan found it and saved it this time
so ONE HAPPY CAMPER
