KNX integration not appearing in Sidebar (2026)

Its Jan 2026. I successfully added the KNX integration to my system. It eventually connected (1 devise, 9 entities) via Tunnel IP Secure.

For reasons I cannot undestand: I see no KNX in the sidebar. I see no way to ipload the .knxproj file or just the .esf file.

I see nothing - and at EVERY YouTube video or online course the first step is to add one of these files - so Home Assistant knows the structure of my KNX System, its group addresses etc.

What am I making wrong?

It has been moved in the last update and is now directly under settings

Thank you Richard - that was an extremely quick and easy fix. It all “works” now.

I updated HA yesterday and was a bit baffled, as I believed I broke something. I couldn’t fine the KNX element in the sidebar and found it only in the settings.

I don’t like this at all, as it need’s unnecessary steps and it’s not possible to “switch” between the pannels in the KNX view as easy as before.

Where do I upload the .knxproj file in the latest update?

In the “KNX” menu in settings.

You just made my day  Thought as well I broke my install…
