Lithium ion battery voltage cell graph

Hello Home Assistant Community !!
I want show in my Dashboard the real time state of may “home made liIon battery” that this graph shows the voltage of each cell, similar to this image:

I try with graph and other HA entities but I have not succeeded.

any idea from the experts ?

That looks like an imported Grafana graph, so a Custom integration might be required.

Sorry, but Grafana is more complicated for me, other options ?
