Lock "switch", "Number", etc on user Level

it would be great, if there’s an option to control, wich user is allowed to change settings on a switch / number / select entity.

Example:
While you can define the visibility of a card on a user level, it could be that you still need to add some entities for all users to provide some information.
If this entity is a “configuration” - such as a select, number, or maybe even a switch / button entity, the users who see the information are already also in the position to change the current settings, switch the switch or push the button.

Therefore, it would be great, if we could get an option to control, who is able to change a setting / perform an action.

In addition to that, it would also be great, if we could configure the primary and secondary action on a card for users:

For User 1 the primary Action will be “nothing”
For user 2 the primary Action will be “toggle” (or what ever)
For user 3 the primary Action will be “show more info”

Maybe, such things should be configured on the Card-Level.
