Looking for hardware ideas for Zigbee Bed occupancy sensor using Xiaomi open/close sensor

Hi Everyone,

I have seen how people have repurposed open/close sensors such as the Xiaomi MCCGQ01LM for leak detection and other uses.

Has anyone done anything similar for bed occupancy? Not sure what sort of a switch I would connect and how I would calibrate it :slight_smile:

I have just order 2 more mats and Xiaomi Door Window Sensor for kids bed I’m going try it this your way this time.
