Make sections collapsable/expandable

Currently, Home Assistant allows us to use conditional cards, which is useful, but that’s not what I mean. I’d love to have accordion-style cards. Imagine having a card with a header – why can’t clicking on that header collapse or expand the card’s content?

This functionality would be especially useful in vertical stack cards, which are practically begging for this type of feature. Think about it: with a long list of cards stacked vertically, being able to collapse less frequently used sections would massively improve organization and readability.

Additionally, introducing dedicated accordion cards, both vertical and horizontal, would open up even more possibilities for efficient dashboard designs. You could define whether a section is collapsed or expanded by default, tailoring it to your specific needs.

And the best part? This should work natively, without relying on hacks or custom cards. This feature would significantly enhance personalization and make Home Assistant dashboards even more user-friendly.

This appears to be a Frontend Related Feature Request as it is asking for changes to Frontend Menus, Dashboards, or Sections.
