Missing Helpers Tab

Hi,
My first post here, and only been using HA for a few weeks, but have over 30 years in IT so not necessarily a noob lol, but I have installed HA on a mini PC details below.

  • Core2025.1.2
  • Supervisor2024.12.3
  • Operating System14.1
  • Frontend20250109.0

I cant find a Helpers Tab anywhere. I have a Blueprints tab where Helpers is meant to be.

My configuration.yaml is very basic and includes default_config:

# Loads default set of integrations. Do not remove.
default_config:

# Load frontend themes from the themes folder
frontend:
  themes: !include_dir_merge_named themes

automation: !include automations.yaml
script: !include scripts.yaml
scene: !include scenes.yaml

I have searched for over a week for a fix, am I missing something obvious?

I have a SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB dongle, 10 TVRs, 4 users and 2 smart plugs installed with, HACS, Zigbee2MQQ, but now im trying to do some automations I cant find a Helpers Tab.

Happy to supply anything else,
Thanks
David

Do “my Home Assistant” links work for you…?

Are you sure? Blueprints should be under Settings > Automations and Scenes and Helpers are normally in Settings > Devices and Services

Blueprints is supposed together with automations and scenes, but helpers are with devices and entities. So is helpers where blueprints was supposed to be?

I assume you did clear the cache and/or tried incognito mode.

Feeling kinda stupid, thanks Didgeridrew. Clicked your link and there i was in my helpers. Although I did just install 3 updates so gonna say they fixed it lol. Now on to figure out how to get something like hdmi_force_hotplug=1 to /boot/config.txt but on my small pc box running HA OS 14.2, not a raspberry pi. If it is booted without an HDMI screen attached it goes into rescue mode. Will keep looking in help and create a new thread if im stuck. Think the answer is in this post - Moved from supervised to haos :exploding_head: - Configuration - Home Assistant Community Thanks again
PS Just ordered some HDMI Dummy Plugs to save hassle
