I am attempting to configure the following blueprint-
Took a queue from @vbflo and created a blueprint for Inovelli Red Switches (LZW30-SN) which should also work with the Red Dimmer (but I don’t have one to test and would not have the hold up/down).
blueprint:
name: Inovelli Red Switches (LZW30-SN)
description: "Use this blueprint to create automations based on button presses for\
\ the LZW31-SN - Red Series Switch while using the OZW integration. \n"
domain: automation

However I have just found that apparently I am missing the Open Zwave configuration folder along with the XML Files.
Any idea how I can get the config folder back?
I have just done a clean install and can validate that folder is not created on clean installation either, is there a step im missing?

That blueprint is for the OZW Beta integration. You don’t need to install any XML files.
I cannot set the switch entity though

What do you mean by that? The XML files wouldn’t help with anything like that.
I have no switch option available, on my device integration i see the following:

Can you type in the entity name manually?

And why not try the blueprint that is written specifically for your switch?
Based on existing inovelli blueprints by @vbflo and @kylerw , this is a basic blueprint for the Inovelli Red Series LZW31-SN Dimmer , specifically for use with OZW.

You are also using the zwave integration. Those blueprints are for the ozw integration. You would need to modify them.
I get the same problem with OZW - I think i just need to sit with a guide and go through a ground up rebuild of the Zwave network on whatever platform works.

Your original post is referencing the LZW30 blueprint, but according to your screenshot you have an LZW31. Therefore, you would need to use the ozw integration and the LZW31 blueprint.
I have tried to use the following blueprint:
