I apologize in advance, i’m pretty novice when it comes to using serial connections etc so please keep that in mind.
i am trying to use a serial connection to a moes zigbee gateway and i am following several giudes like this one: Tuya Ethernet Zigbee Gateway TYGWZ-01 Zigbee compatibility (blakadder.com)
and this one: I’ve found a working ethernet lan-only zigbee home automation (ZHA) coordinator on AliExpress - Hardware - Home Assistant Community (home-assistant.io)
bottom line is:
i have managed to get a serial connection to the device just fine.
problem is, no matter how many i hit the esc key, i am not able to get to the bootloader terminal.
while i hot the esc key i do see a feedback on screen but still i am not to get to the bootloader command line.
i eventually to a tuya-linux login prompt and obviously, i do not have the root password.
am i doing something wrong? or maybe my device has a firmware version that doesnt allow getting to the bootloader cli?
