My Zigbee2Mqtt seems broken

Hy All,
this is my first topic here and I checked the forum but din’t fiind any simmilar issues.

My Zigbee2MQTT is runnign since a few years.
Now for any reasons, my devices can’t be controlled anymore.
I always get an error in the logs

[2025-11-10 12:37:43] error: z2m: Publish ‘set’ ‘state’ to ‘Wohnzimmer_Schalter_1’ failed: 'Error: ZCL command 0x54ef441000bdd7c2/2 genOnOff.on({},

When I restart Zigbee2mqtt addon the system is running for a few minutes and then the issue starts again.

I have no clue what happend, I only added one new client device but din’t change anything else.

I use:
Homeassistant 2025.11.1
Zigbee2MQTT: 2.6.3-1
Sonoff Stick P

Any idea?

What device did you add ?

I just added a Sonoff Actor to my lamp.
and changed the battery in some devices thats all.

At the moment it is running after a restart.

Maybe the stick has an issue, I will try to check the firmware and maybe get a new one.
Is the Sonoff Stick E still the best one for Zigbee2MQTT?

A WIFI might have changed channel and now you are interfered with.
Do you have an extension cable on that donble to get it away from all other radios?

More things to look at here. Just because your RF system worked yesterday, doesn’t mean it will work today and it’s usually NOT hardware.

If these are zigbee 1 devices (not zigbee 3) they may need to be re-paired.
