Nanoleaf Essentials Host / Effects - Manual Integration

Hi all,
I open a new discussion post because I am facing a similar issue found here ( Nanoleaf integration setup guides? ).

I have correctly configured Nanoleaf Essentials Bulbs by “automatic discover”, but I am unable to set nanoleaf scenes from Home Assistant (like light dance music) and I read on another post that is possible to use “effect” attribute only if it is manually configured.

So I un-paired one of the bulb and tried to manual integrate is on Home assistant… with no success.

The host of the bulb for me is totally unknown, if I scan my network (angry ip scanner) I can find only ipv4 devices connected. But I got that nanoleaf bulbs are connected via thread to HomePod mini with ipv6 format.

I am not able to understand what is the ip of the single bulb.

Is there a way to read it from anywhere? For instance I can automatically discover the bulb on Home assistant and read it in any config?
Or I can use HomeKit app, or Nanoleaf app?

And last but not least, is it totally mandatory to manual config the bulbs in order to use nanoleaf effects?

Thanks for any help
Nick
