I’ve just bought a Home Assistant Green, and for a while it’s only had a white LED on, no other lights. When I connect to router the LAN lights don’t change. Is this faulty?

Did you ask Nabu Casa tech support? It is supposed to work right out of the box.

You could connect a display and monitor and see what it’s doing.
Do you have a DHCP server set up? at first it takes DHCP and then you give it a static IP address.
Not sure if there is even an electrical connection. Insufficient information in initial report.

I have, they’ve said to RMA it to the original seller so doing that!
