second what i can do wrong doing fallow guide?
official guide https://www.home-assistant.io/getting-started/

it says

  • Download and extract the Home Assistant image for your device.
  • Download balenaEtcher to write the image to an SD card.

INSTALLATION

  1. Put the SD card in your card reader.
  2. Open balenaEtcher, select the Home Assistant image and flash it to the SD card.
  3. Unmount the SD card and remove it from your card reader.
  4. The most reliable networking setup for your Raspberry Pi is to connect it using an Ethernet cable; however, if you want to configure Wi-Fi or a static IP address (this step requires a USB stick) you can try this:
  • Format a USB stick to FAT32 with the volume name CONFIG .
  • Create a folder named network in the root of the newly-formatted USB stick.
  • Within that folder, create a file named my-network without a file extension.
  • Copy one of the examples to the my-network file and adjust accordingly.
  • Plug the USB stick into the Raspberry Pi.
  1. Insert the SD card into your Raspberry Pi. If you are going to use an Ethernet cable, connect that too.
  2. Connect your power supply to the Raspberry Pi.
  3. The Raspberry Pi will now boot up, connect to the Internet and download the latest version of Home Assistant. This will take about 20 minutes.
  4. On another computer, navigate to http://homeassistant.local:8123 to access Home Assistant. If you are running an older Windows version or have a stricter network configuration, you might need to access Home Assistant at http://homeassistant:8123 or http://X.X.X.X:8123 (replace X.X.X.X with your Pi’s IP address).

done result not working

Interesting considering you DO have an error log. What part of LOG don’t YOU understand?

what part you not understand? here is your log now you can tell reasson of not working?

So if you have a fresh install how is that you have an error for the Met.no Integration?

fresh installed 30min ago

As per my last post, you have an error with Met.no integration.

Secondly, that last error tells you that it can’t connect to the internet. Check you network.

Hmm… pretty sure I said that previously…

so question for you how i login to dasboard if not connected to internet?

Because it doesn’t need to use the internet for local login. As per your browser URL, you are logging in via the devices IP address, no internet required for that.

so how i can downgrade os version without network? as if i do downgrade it works and change to any version i type

You were downgrading by restoring an old snapshot right? Again, no internet required for that.

Rather than arguing with me, check that the RPi can access the internet. I’m guessing you have the Gateway or DNS setting wrong in the config. What did you have in the network settings of the USB drive as per step 4 of the install instructions you posted above?

no in terminal be command

I’m not sure what you mean by that.

Post the contents of the config USB you created for the network setup.

install terminal from addons and core update --version= any version example 0.114.4

How is the RPi connected to the network? wifi or Ethernet? Again, check you DNS setting as per the config USB you created.

cable and when it do update i can see on router it use internet for download some files

ok i will try again flash fresh micro sd card and fresh usb stick. i cant found a problem as before i was do same on 0.114.4 and its works from first boot but on new rpi no more works

i will back in 30mins after i login to dashboard

i use his

[connection]
id=my-network
uuid=f62bf7c2-e565-49ff-bbfc-a4cf791e6add
type=802-3-ethernet

[ipv4]
method=auto

[ipv6]
addr-gen-mode=stable-privacy
method=auto

Perhaps try adding a DNS entry
