EXTREME Noob here who is about to give up on this journey! I have gone in and setup Hassio on my Raspberry Pi3. I cannot access Home Assistant from my PC. I have tried everything (that I know of) from clearing cache to trying different browsers. I can access it from my IOS phone and my wife’s Mac. Can someone please direct me in laymans terms on what I need to do? I’m such a noob that I don’t know how to access the .yaml file I keep reading about.

When you say “can not access from my PC” what do you see in the browser ?
Try with latest chrome and press F12 to get the console and check there’s no error in it during an attempt to acces your Hassio.
