Notifications for Android TV / Fire TV keeps getting discovered even though it’s already set up. Already tried removing the integration and re-adding it to no avail. How can I fix this? There is also no “Ignore” button.
Is it possible that the reason it keeps getting discovered is because the IP address of the device running the app (ie the TV / streaming stick) has changed?
No, the TV has a static and reserved IP.

I have the same with my Smart TV. It might be core to HA in discovering devices
Weird, I have the app installed on both of my Google Chromecasts - but have never had Home Assistant telling me it’s found another one 
Right, it happened in one of the September updates. The October update hasn’t fixed it.
Problem solved. Remove the old YAML entries for the nfandroidtv integration from your configuration file.
