Would be really nice if we could have an on/off switch (perhaps optional) for the climate component which the different platforms could implement if required.
Currently to turn a unit off there is only the option to have ‘off’ as a mode - but it would be nicer if you could just turn it back on and have it remember the last settings that were used.
I will implement in the IntesisHome component
Happy to have a go myself too but haven’t done any UI development before in HA.
