My factory port is 8180 and if i add :80, I just display the same IP but without a port. With or without a port loads ha in the browser.
you add 8180 if is your port, not 80
Hi Bob thanks for the Widget you can create to Brazil !?
Hi Bobsilvio,
Letting you know it is works great, thank you, I am from New Zealand. After a few minutes the echo show screen saver kicks in (which is normal). How do I reactive the dashboard without having to " Alexa open home automation" each time.
Cheers,
Ken

Not available in AT/DE…
Hi Silvio, I’ve been trying to get the widget to work without success. Currently I don’t find it on my echo show anymore. What can I do ?
No matter what I do, the skill keeps saying “Before starting, you need to provide read and write permissions to the skill.” I have already checked the box for Lists Read Access and Lists Write Access. I have disabled and re-enabled the skill multiple times. I also never see the IPHomeAssistant shopping list appear. I am in the USA. Any further suggestions?
Wow. I guess the Alexa list integration is broken as of today, July 1, 2024.
Warning: Starting July 1, 2024, you will no longer be able to use List skills or the List Management REST API to access Alexa lists, i.e., the Alexa Shopping and To-Do lists, in your skills or apps. For other ways to build custom voice experiences, see Steps to Build a Custom Skill. Please contact us if you have any questions.
yeah, sorry. Any idea?
Open a Dashboard on Amazon Alexa Echo Show - #16 by Bobsilvio?
This works beautifully for me. Thanks!
Any thoughts on how to hide it?
Any chance to have it available in Germany?
Can you make available in the UK please
Is this stil working?
new version is online…
when i say “alexa open home automation” it takes me to a page where i enter all the settings. IP, port, protocol. Then i tap save. Takes me back to alexa home screen, then i say alexa, open home automation and screen remains black forever. I have to say alexa close home automation so it takes me back to alexa home screen. What else do i need to do ?
take a photo of the setting, so i look.
note all setting is necessary.
what alexa you have?
Just tried it out, is available in AT now, so I guess it should work in DE too.
Didn’t get it to work though, keeps telling me, that the IP is not valid… I’ll give it another try, when I have more time for it.
