OpenZWave problem can't open control panel

Here’s my zwave config (which is the right path)

zwave:
  usb_path: /dev/ttyACM0
  polling_interval: 30000
  config_path: /srv/homeassistant/homeassistant_venv/lib/python3.4/site-packages/libopenzwave-0.3.2-py3.4-linux-armv7l.egg/config
  customize:
    switch.ge_12722_onoff_relay_switch_switch_2_0:
      polling_intensity: 1
      refresh_value: true
    light.ge_12724_3way_dimmer_switch_level_4_0:
      refresh_value: true
      delay: 3

When I shutdown HA and try to open the ozwcp panel I get this:

I know it has something to do with a symlink but I can’t figure it out.
