Still nothing here when deleting/recreating the Somfy app.
Server is responding with 404 when I see the error page:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
I’ve deleted and recreated the app, cleaned the cache and every thing, so many times now… And still nothing. I get the same error each and every time… “Une erreur est survenue
Veuillez réessayer. Si le problème persiste, veuillez contacter le support technique.”
This is so annoying… And of course, I have no answer from somfy…
@nelbs I havent heard anything yet. And i doubt ill get a response, but the Tahoma component works fine with the Connexoon IO so you would be able to use the terrace sunscreen in HA.

Same stuff here man! I’ve been trying this for weeks now. This is driving me bonkers . The fact that they postpone their Alexa integration says enough to me.

I got an answer last week from a guy from the french dev team saying they can’t identify what’s causing the problem… and no news since. If you want to contact him directly I can share his email in PM.

Apparently, it seems to be the case. He’s the product owner/manager of the API.
He’s on holidays until the 19th… I guess we won’t see any progress before that. If we ever get any…

Looks like you don’t have. It can be accessed via the link I provided. For me API connection started to work when the API key (same key as on dev portal) appeared here. It took around 2-3 hours after app created.
Well, considering the app was created days ago, and multiple times without ever it appearing there, I guess that might be the origin of our recurring problem…

I have no entry “clients d’api” in my account page like in the screenshot from @vlebourl, only the “mes informations” one.
I managed to create an app, but when trying to pair I’ve got the dreaded “An unknown error occured…”, by reading the FAQ, I stumbled upon an answer for this kind of error stating:
“Are you sure to use the correct account ? The only authorized account to connect to your App is the account that owns this App. If you want other accounts to be able to link with your app then contact us giving us the context of your approval request.”
May be there is an issue that prevent accounts from being “the same” on Somfy side ? What do you think ?
I (from Germany) having the exactly same problems using OAUTH-Authentication. I also send an email to Somfy, but no reply.
So sad…they selling “premium products” at high prices but their software is just not working. They are also not willing to help or answer. [I also have an Eolis Wirefree Sensor that just goes crazy].
