I’ve created blueprint to control your pool pump with a heater installed. It is able to control running the pump based on the pool temperature. When pool temperature is too low and the heater needs to turned on it will start the pool pump and stops the pump when the desired temperature is reached.
It is also able to assure a minimal amount of run hours each day.
Additional blocking entities can be configured for fined grain control werther the pump/heater must not start or stop. For instance you can create a times of the day sensor that blocks starting the pump during night time.
