Can someone please help me again!
Im so close but I still cant get the card to work properly!
As before i have CT1 around my mains and my solar. I have CT2 around my solar only. No matter what configuration i put into the card i cant get the values to make sense.
I thought i would be setting it up like this:
Grid: Combined Entity (as i only have 1 power entity i have no returned value)
ShellyEM Channel 1 (CT1)
Solar: ShellyEM Channel 2 (CT2)
House: ShellyEM Channel 1 (CT1)
But when i do this i get incorrect values like this:
You need to split this, either by making a template sensor by subtracting the solar value to get a pure grid value, or change your clamp to measure grid separately.
I originally had CT1 around my mains (pointing towords my house) and CT2 around my solar (pointing towords meter).
This didnt give me correct energy values in the energy dashboard so i had to change CT1 clamp to go around both mains and solar (pointing towords house)
Hello,
Can someone help me to show power instead of energy?
Even after I reduced the whole card to just consumption the issue persists. As you can see device_class is āpowerā, nevertheless it shows as Wh in the flow card.
Is there another setting I am missing? Even when I change all the other attributes like āwh_decimalsā to "w_decimals etc) it keeps showing Wh.
Clearing your browser cache normally sorts that out (assuming card has worked previously for you)ā¦reload page with CTRL+F5 (on Windows anyway) will do it
Unfortunately it did not help. To be on the safe side, I tried it with other browsers - same result.
The card is available in the app.
Update:
I have solved the problem. Strangely enough, I no longer saw HACS in the sidebar. However, I could still find HACS in the settings and it said that there were problems.
I upgraded HACS to the latest version and then installed the latest version of Power Flow Card Plus again and now itās working again.
Maybe it will help one or the other
Is it possible to have a threshold for each individual? My car, when not charging, consumes 2.4W, and my AC consumes 15W in standby. I donāt want them to show if the value is less than 20W.
