Raspberry Pi 4 for HASS beginners

I am looking at getting up and running with HASS and need to purchase a Raspberry Pi. I see threads on the new 4 release, but wonder if HASS is ready for the 4. The threads were not specific. At the same time, I hate to pass up buying the latest and greatest, especially if it resolves issues (as the threads discuss).

Recommendations for a new user?

If you don’t mind the command line the guide below worked for me on my pi 4. HASS is up and running.
