Yes, I did use the HAS refresh or reload icon. It worked with my initial copy back action on my regular SD card, but failed on a new and freshly installed HAS.
Check the suopervisor logs on the system tab. You might see a mention of some problem with .tar file.
I tried other snapshot files and it worked! Snapshot appears on the new installed HAS. Perhaps the file got corrupted last time…strange…but I’m glad to be able to see the snapshot.
Next challenge is that I’m currently restoring the back up and it is restoring for over an half hour now, but still no sign of life from my new installed HAS with all my data and settings (system is not responding for 30 min.). Does anybody know if restoring a snapshot takes minutes or hours?
