Hi, saw some youtube vids about the new release of HA 2026.4 with major change on entity naming.
my question: how to get a list of all entities I’ve manually renamed.
It would be great the HA provides us such a list before we do the upgrade so we are aware of all the effected entities.
That change was pulled from the release during the Beta testing period. See here for more details.
(Side rant) Releases always happen on the first Wednesday of the month, with the Beta period starting a week before that. Some over eager content creators release their videos the moment the Beta lands, despite the fact that features in Beta are not guaranteed to be in a release.
They’re perfectly happy to confuse the people watching, as long as get their views & likes.

Interdependent of all of that, Beta discussions are to be limited to the beta thread here or discord for the same reason. It’s not released and the majority of the population don’t want to be confused by things that may not may not happen.
