Remote opening the entrance door in an Urmet 1719 intercom

We have recently had an Urmet 1719 intercom system installed in our block. I am now exploring how to manualy operate the intercom system.

Effectively the “key” button seems to be capacitive.

Any pointers ? maybe a shelly relay somehow ?

None so far :frowning:
I tried purchasing an earlier version on ebay, an Urmet 1750-6 which has physical buttons, but the embay seller sent me a non functioning unit and tried to weasal out of returning :frowning:

I know that would have worked, at least with a button presser or wiring into the buttons.

I have not given up, but it is on the back burner.

Hello, did you have any luck with this?

I have a 1750/16 device, which has a video screen and physical buttons. Am trying to figure out what I can achieve remotely, e.g. to push the video feed to Home Assistant. I don’t know how to do that.

Unfortunately I can’t even get it to work with the official Urmet CallMe apps for Androis, as they seem to want a QR code to connect the device and my device doesn’t have one.
