How do you go about swapping over to that repository from the current one?
EDIT:
The link you provided says it has been archived by owner, this is most likely what is causing the repair issue.
Judging from the deprecation warning I will have to delete it and no longer have anything feeding my Grafana graphs.

This is crazy! If I click “submit” it will delete the app and what will be with my data?

My HA told me today that influxdb is no longer supported?
What else can be used and how can i preserve my historic data?
Can you post the actual message?
I am guessing there is a clue in there.
Also seeing this from today 
Happy to move to v2 or v3 but don’t know how; are there any good guides?

You could change/swap to an external DB, i.e influxdb or maria

Guess i am not the only one that is wondering.
I only just moved away form Influx as I was using it for Grafana, but now I am using Statistics-graph-chart-card My Grafana graphs provided me with easy data windows etc., and a nice way to show night band across my weather charts. These can both be done with Statistics-graph-chart-card. Two Apps gone.
I can see the need where long term data storage beyond HA required so not sure what users will do there.
Anyhow, thought my perspective may give users ideas.
I am converting most of my charts to the superb Statistics-graph-chart-card however Grafana remains vital to me as I use it a lot for diagnosing issues, building sensors, or much better visibility into related data (ie: Emporia VUE3 16ch of power usage data, voltage, energy, etc.). Right now Grafana is proving indispensable in troubleshooting my 2 air handlers in the attic resetting a switch due to inrush and EMF issues… with Grafana I can clearly corelate the data points I have to solve this issue (found bad run cap and added RC snubbers).
I therefore am not ready to give influxDB up 
EDIT: I should also add that the repair message isn’t very helpful as it doesn’t say what addon / app is being removed:
I use Grafana as a performance monitor for my Odroid N2+. Having to move away from InfluxDB and Grafana will most likely save some resources.
This is what i HATE with Home Assistant. (Yes I know its not HA only, its an add-on I decided to use…) Anyway… I still hate All the negative surprices as this one!
Yes I know, its on your own risk using these add-ons. However, I am so sick and tired of the whole development business and how it disrups and makes it difficult. As a regular person you need to keep up your own bloody IT development office at home.

Move to Docker. That way you aren’t beholden to the whims of one dev.
