As the title suggests, it would be useful to set up the plans for a house

Add Floor for Area and single device

Add Floor like: basement, ground floor, second floor, etc. After, we can put room on these floor and alone device… like a carpet cleaner. That can be very useful for exemple: when you add a device, it’s automatically add in floor level and you can set easily a buton to close all the light in one level. You can have the temperature hi and lo for a level. You can set all the light of a level on the same color, good for a warning or a reminder. Etc… It’s just a idea thanks

Hierarchies Area's

I like to have area’s in hierarchies so we can distinguish collective area’s. This way we can create not only rooms but also floors and segments. Outside Backyard Frontyard Shedd Ground Floor Livingroom Kitchen etc… It would be a nice addition.

Semantic Modeling (Tags, Nested Area, Nested Group) into action

After trying multiple other main local home automation platforms, I am now much more convinced Home Assistant fits my need the best, but one feature I truly liked from the another competitor is called Semantic modeling. Grouping Areas

One feature found in many apps for IoT devices is the idea of grouping rooms/areas together (e.g. zones in the Hue app) but is severally missing from HA. Personally, what I am suggesting is not necessarily to force a hierarchical approach to areas (which often taken by these apps) but instead to provide a method of grouping particular areas together in which would allow any particular area to be a member of multiple “area groups” (much like how an entity can be part of multiple entity groups). …
