Hi

I’m having troubles… and this is very important :stuck_out_tongue:
I’m using the HA addon and mqtt
So i think i have the old board, as far as i can remember when i set it up.

However yesterday i had 2 alarm warnings at home, once at 13u and one in the evening.
Problems i have:
I had no warning at all from home assistant (for me warnings for burglar, CO , fire and even sabotage should give me persistant notifications until i turn it off.

So i had totally nothing

Then when i heared there was an alarm, i tried to turn it off using home assistant, but i couldn’t, dunno why it didnt work.

What is happening here?

Now i just looked into the addon → log and i see this:

Nobody? For me this is a serious integration and i want it to be trustable.

I think most people are using the integration, not the addon …
Anyway , probably your automations are not setup correctly

Is there anyone else who after the latest HA core update (2025.1.1), lost Risco’s integration binary sensors state update (polling)?

Yes, it is. I’m trying to find to solution too… I can only say that I just rolled back my HA to v2024.12.1 (I am having Truenas snapshots of my HomeAssistant VM) and risco cloud responds and works as it used to be so the only problem is somewhere in HA :frowning: Anyway somebody should do the hard work and fix it!

I did a rolleback too as didn’t find any solution.
