Samsung TV constantly needing to be reconfigured

Good morning all.

Just updated to latest HA release 2022.4

I have configured my Samsung tv(qled8 series).

I see it only shows 1 HDMI source.

Is there anyway to add all 4 HDMI ports to the integration.

Not sure what you are trying to show/say.

There are still micro signals ON/OFF.
