Scripts Missing from Home Assistant GUI

Hi All,
I seem to be struggling with creating scripts on the Home Assistant GUI and some advice would be appreciated! I create a script in the GUI and it doesn’t show up. I’ve tried reloading scripts, deleting the cache and following some of the advice here: Scripts not saving - but none of it has worked for me.

I have just discovered that the scripts.yaml file is full of all my attempts to save scripts.
Scripts.yaml is stored here (on my TrueNAS app install): image

What does your configuration.yaml look like?
You should have a line like “script: !include scripts.yaml”
