Sonoff Power Measurement Issues

Is anybody else seeing any issues with the power measurements of their Sonoff devices?

I have several S31s and POWR2s and the current/power information for all of them seems to be working/not working randomly.

I made sure they are on the latest firmware and even checked the eWeLink app, but since I had to re-connect the integration yesterday because I was logged out (the token had expired?!?) neither Home Assistant nor the eWeLink app seem to show the current and power values reliably any more.

Edit:
Just did some ‘random clicking’ in HA and right now, when I turn the plug off, it gives me power and current values:

And when I turn it on, the values go down to zero:

Invert the relay pin so on=on & off=off

You use stock fw… Might just flash esphome then…

Indeed, I use stock firmware - and it worked fine until yesterday that’s why I’m asking if anybody else has seen the same issues.

Ideally I’d like to avoid removing, disassembling, and flashing 15 devices if it’s not absolutely necessary.

I have not noticied issues with power values for my sonoff switches but i did have similar issues with other cheap generic switches that i also flashed with tasmota. in the case of my generic brand devices it was a sign of impending device hardware failure.

Thanks, @nickh66 - I hope it’s not an issue with the hardware.
It’s just strange that multiple plugs of different hardware versions seem to have this reporting issue at the same time - and not just in Home Assistant, but in the eWeLink app as well :frowning:

Looks like changing the mode to ‘local’ fixed the issue - didn’t even know that was an option :astonished:

Bummer, looked like it worked at least in Home Assistant - don’t really care too much about the info in eWeLink, but it doesn’t :frowning:

This is what it normally looks like:

And this is what it looks like right now:
