Maybe someone can help me.
I’ve installed dashing with the maual install (I couldn’t get Docker to work).
At first everything was running fine and I cheered all night long
But everytime I need to reboot the RaspberryPi I’m going thru a hell to view the dashboard.
When manually starting Dashing it takes forever to start, and when it finally has started it takes another forever to start the dashboard.
Do I need to format my SD and start all over again, or does anyone have some pointers?
You should consider moving to HADashboard v2. Dashing is no longer a supported project and HADash v2 now runs entirely on AppDaemon. It is much easier to get up and running and provides an easier method of config and layout including the support for skins.
At first I was hesitating to start with v2, because it is still in beta.
But tried it anyway…
Man, this isn’t HADashboard 2.0 but 200.0!!!
What a relieve to see how easy and smooth the installation goes.
Only thing left is figuring out how my dashboard should look like
