Startup Never Finishes

In the last three days my Home Assistant will never finish its startup phase. It has caused an issue with Backups and Supervisor updated. The backup option displays the following message

The Supervisor update just spins and never completes.

I have rebooted the system and left it sit overnight. It never finishes startup.

Does anyone have an idea on what I should do?

This issue recently popped up. I was running HA without problems for around 1 year.
