Please help if I try to lock in to Tailscale it shows me a error massage please help

Show failed to login
Had exactly the same issue couple of days ago when doing setup with iPad. For some reason it is not triggering the login, so do it manually: See Tailscale log and search for activation url, copy&paste it to browser and proceed with instructions.

Thanks so much, that fixed my issue, too.
I was changing identity providers for Tailscale and couldn’t understand why it wouldn’t let me log in, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on.
Worked for me too! Search the logs for: “AuthURL” to find something like this:
AuthURL is https://login.tailscale.com/a/KEY
paste the URL into your browser and login.
