Since the virtual install of HASS OS is having a little problem (VMWare Tools is missing/incomplete) I went up the attic to find some low power consuming hardware to run HASS OS on, I found a Dell Wyse Z00D thin client.
HASS OS is running just fine on this, except for the shutdown process. Once HASS OS has shutdown, the system stays on, with the output of the shutdown process still visible on the monitor:
The system wont respond to anything, except holding the power button till it actually turns off.
Am I running into some kind of incompatibility here? Don’t see anything in HASS OS’ log, couldn’t find any power-related BIOS settings either (except automatically turn on after AC failure).
