Is there any way to add the contract cost to the energy panel? Cus in france you have a monthly contract cost depending on if your 3 phase, KVA etc. Some of that goes to the grid operator etc…

No, that not possible currently.
If I understand your question correctly, someone did this using template sensors and a Utility meter helper added to the Energy Dashboard. You would have to code the specifics but here is the post I am referencing if it helps.
