I’m able to connect to the HA start up screen, but it does not prompt me to create a username and/or password. Instead, it gives me the option to login. The problem is that I don’t have a username yet. I checked the console by plugging into monitor, there are no usernames associated with my HA Green device. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?
