Unable to load web UI

Since yesterday, I cannot reach the web UI by name nor by IP. Rebooted the PC and the IP is pingable but still cannot open the page 192.168.2.15:8123 (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT)

192.168.2.15:4357 seems to indicate things are good.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

Try another browser.

tried Safari, Chrome and Chrome Incognito. Same results.

Acts as though 8123 is being blocked but I cannot figure out where?
