Where exactly should I look for the check or x for cloud? There is never an option during set up. The pictures I posted show the entire process. There are text fields for internal and external URL only, nothing anywhere about using the cloud. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app 5 times now going through the entire on boarding process and nothing.
Deleting and reinstalling the app does not clear all of the data, but the reset in settings as I described above will do so.
