Unable to remove Deprecated Add-On

I’m trying to remove “Home Assistant Control Panel” from my HASS.IO 0.114.4 deployment. When I click uninstall, it says “Failed to uninstall addon, Unknown Error, see logs”

Looking at the supervisor logs, all I see is:

20-09-04 15:48:41 INFO (SyncWorker_1) [supervisor.docker.interface] Remove image None with latest and None
20-09-04 15:48:41 WARNING (SyncWorker_1) [supervisor.docker.interface] Can’t remove image None: 400 Client Error: Bad Request (“invalid reference format: repository name must be lowercase”)

Any idea how to remove it without breaking HASS.IO?

The add-on is deprecated since 2018. The name hassio since beginning this year. If you are using HA supervised, stop the container using portainer, remove the container using portainer, delete the directory in /addons. If you are using HA OS, I don’t know if you have access to /addons.
