Unifi Controller - Block Switches

Hi @Robban, Hope all is well.

I have now moved over to Home Assistant 0.108.0b5 - and the switches have stopped working. i have looked at the notes and i can not see anything new in the update that would break this. rebooted a number of times with no luck.

So just checking if you are aware of this or is it just my system issue :slight_smile:

Morning,

i have just done a fresh install with 108 and enabled the unifi integration plus added in the below in the config file:

unifi:
controllers:
- host: 192.168.1.10
site: default
ssid_filter:
- ‘ZORO’
block_client:
- ‘56:34:d3:cc:dd:00’

and after a rebooted, there is no switch enabled in states for this device - but i can see the device_tracker.unifi_google_mini

Yaml config has been removed since 0.108. This is only supported through the front end now

How can i do it from the front end, i can not find any info :frowning:

Go to Configuration -> Integrations -> click the plus sign on the bottom right -> search for unifi -> click it and follow the wizard

Thanks Burningstone, i have removed unifi from integrations and readded it back in. i can not find how to now add the switch to disable the internet[block_client]. i used to do it as above in the config file - but now that does not seem to work and i can not find that option in the integration unless i’m missing something :slight_smile:

I didn’t test it yet but is there no cog wheel on the top right of the unifi integration page where you can adjust these settings?

I have the same problem. Where exactly is it I can enable the switches to block internet access. Can’t locate it.

Thanks, found it just now. That’s a bit tricky, hiding it on page 2 :wink: - I had not noticed that there were several pages that would show, after clicking submit on the first one. Appreciate the quick response.

The second page should be about blocking clients, I don’t know why this would happen

Its strange i dunno whats going on,
