Using multiple Alexa accounts with one HA instance

Hi everyone.

I have Alexa setup and working perfectly fine.

I used the following tutorial for this setup

Now my question is that I want to link another Alexa account to my Home Assistant.
In the configuration it says to add:

alexa:
  smart_home:

Now, this code is already there in my config. Do I need to add this again or change something?
Some help in the right direction would be great.

The reason for linking another Alexa account is that the new Alexa is placed in another room and for that device, I want to exclude and include different devices in the filter.
