Thanks for the inspiration! I’ve refactored this blueprint to make it strictly “plug-and-play” for modern Zigbee2MQTT setups.

Improvements in this version:

  • Easy Device Selection: Switched from manual MQTT text inputs to standard Device Triggers . You can now simply pick your Hue remote from a dropdown list.

  • Automatic Logic: I removed the need to manually choose between “Pressed” and “Released.” The blueprint now handles the “Hold vs Press” conflict internally, ensuring a Hold never accidentally triggers a Single Click.

  • Double Click Support: Added synthetic double-click detection for all 4 buttons (with a configurable MS delay slider).
