Is there a way that Home Assistant emulates a matter device?
Thus I could control this device e.g. via Alexa and home assistant switches can switch other non alexa controlable devices (e.g. Tasmota)
What you’re looking for is called a Matter Bridge. And asking HA to act as a matter bridge.
It originally started as a feature request and one community member has turned it into a full blown addon
