Waiting for the Home Assistant CLI to be ready... | Set a timezone without keyboard

I received my RPI Zero W which I plan to use as a BLE extender with HA linked to my main instance, hoping it would be a simple endeavor. I did not get the OTG MicroUSB adpapter hoping I wouldn’t need it. I have since ordered one arriving in a few days. Until then… is there an simple fix?!

Note:
I do not have the ability to attach a keyboard or house to the Zero.

I installed haos_rpi0-w-6.0.img.xz booted and got

followed by Waiting for the Home Assistant CLI to be ready…

I installed the my-network with my WLAN deets hoping that I would be able to SSH and fix but the device is not joining the WLAN. I have also tried wpa_supplicant and SSH files with no result.

My understanding is that the issue is caused by incorrect time zone and SSL Certs via CLI not running. How to get HA running properly?

As I cannot SSH or use a keyboard, is there anyway to set a time zone with a file on the boot drive?

Yes, I have left it running for 12 hours and it did not process past this point or join the network.

I setup a guest network with ONLY 2.4ghz and tried connecting to that, nothing.

So, its working - but requires manual intervention when booting from power reboot.

I have the exact same issue as of today. Cant boot suddenly. Worked fine 6 hours ago.

Pi Zero? It looks like it’s not giving enough time for Supervisor to start. After 10mins or so, type “login” and it seems to start
