Where is the good old Automation Editor - I old have a Text file editor

Is this the HASSIO tool to create Automations from HASSIO Configurator ? Or do I have a wrong Configurator installed???

I was trying to make a condition “From - To”. But how can I do it with this new 0.90.1 layout?

Well It gave it self - mixed languages IS NOT helping you when you try to follow guidelines.
