Hello,

That is not a warning. It’s logged as INFO
and it’s simple letting you know that it’s checking the expiry a couple of times a day (and right after restarts).
Don’t worry about it - it’s perfectly normal.
The DuckDNS addon use Let’s Encrypt certificates in order to use HTTPS connections.
Let’s Encrypt certificates are only valid for 90 days, so when there are less than 30 days left it asks the Let’s Encrypt servers for a renewed certificate.
Thanks for the reassurance, I will be able to sleep tonight
Unrelated to the error but related to DuckDNS: I moved out of DuckDNS today because it’s so painfully slow that it was causing connection errors very regularly. (https://www.reddit.com/r/selfhosted/comments/1dofej3/duckdns_is_slow/) (It was taking 4s to answer a DNS request, leading my HA page loads to take ~20s for some reason.)
I’m using Dynu now (https://www.dynu.com/).
Corresponding addon: Add-on: Dynu DNS (alternative to DuckDNS)
