I have Wink setup and configured for my Sensi thermostat. The problem is, it is not updating at all. It was working but recently stopped. Has anyone else had an issue with Wink not updating correctly? As odd as it sounds, when it happened, Homekit stopped working for me too.
I have seen several people complaining about third party integrations with Wink recently in the wink subreddit. Does the thermostat update in the official Wink app?

Can not reconnect to my Sensi thermostat in the Wink app.
I’ve got the same issue here - looking at my Wink activity log it seems to have started around 9AM PT on Friday.
Just looked at it again:
When I turn up the temperature through my dashboard, the change is shown in the Sensi app, but not in Wink or the dashboard.
Same, when I change the heat in the Sensi app directly.
So, it looks like the feedback loop via Wink is broken, changing the temperature still works.
I had removed my Sensi thermostat from Wink, and I can’t add it again 
It always says no thermostat devices found…
I would give Wink support a call and let them know it isn’t working. Seems they have been having issues with several third party devices recently.

Same issue. They recently released a Sensi update adding Google Assistant support, maybe adding some bugs along with it.
Either way, this is a Sensi/Wink issue not related to Home Assistant.
Got a reply from Wink today.
This is a known issue that some of our customers are experiencing with Sensi Thermostats. Our engineers are currently looking into this issue but we do not have an ETA for a fix at this moment. We’re hoping to get this resolved as soon as humanly possible and we do apologize for the inconvenience.

interesting. i was also having the issue, but at some point today, the Wink app on my phone started reporting correctly again, and consequently HASS did as well.

From my history it looks like mine started to show the proper values again about 2 1/2h ago 
Yeah, I still can’t add my Sensi thermostat in Wink yet. Oh well, I have a Radio Thermostat CT101 on the way.
looking at this some more… it doesn’t look like heat_on and cool_on attributes are being populated. i can’t tell if the HVAC is actually running at the moment from HASS, although i can hear it physically and can see it in the Sensi app.
At least the target temps and operation mode seem to be working.
I was having something similar but with a RGBW light. I have an automation that turns the lights on a certain color at sundown and no matter what I did it would turn it red. I’ll have to test to see if the pushed an update that fixes that bug.
heat_on and cool_on are showing up fine for me again as well.
Mine was stuck indicating that the furnace was running all the time, though.
Was this issue with HA or with Wink directly? I think something changed in HA to break Wink color, I plan on working on it in the next week or so.
I believe HA. I can create an automation in Wink and it seems to work.
My issue is with Wink. I still can’t add my Sensi to Wink.
Yeah known issue not sure how it happened, but I’ll take a look.
