Wiser Schneider

I have bought a CCRFR6400 Zigbee thermostate (without Wiser hub. I use Z2M instead).

How do I configure it in HA?

I have the card, but how do I trigger a relay when it need to heat?

You need to install the Drayton Wiser integration via HACs. This is local only communication with your Wiser hub and will allow use of Wiser App and HA together.

The Wiser gateway available in Sweden is not the same as the “drayton” gateway, there is no (known) way of getting hold of the api key.

You can just add schneider wiser devices directly to HA if you have a zigbee network. I use zigbee2mqtt myself and (most) scheider wiser devices join just fine.
Though for generic stuff like temp meters, behind wall switch pucks and door sensors, you can probably find much cheaper stuff.

its in the docs See Installation · asantaga/wiserHomeAssistantPlatform Wiki · GitHub

Yes the app and this integration work together no issues

Hello i am new to schnider electric and home assistant. I have a Wiser ZB/IP Gateway (CCT5019000) and several Wiser Frelocate 4K Switch. I Dont know how to integrate with home assistant… can anyone help us to connect home assistant to monitor the devices???

I got an email from Schneider Electric stating my Wiser Touch and app are being discontinued. I reached back and told them I only had it a short time (2.5 yrs) and what was going to happen. They responded and sent me a new V2 Hub. Now I have this working in HA and I will begin migrating my shutters. I just thought I’d “close” the issue for me.

Great integration!! Thanks for doing this. I think this will be the ultimate answer for me to use the hub/Wiser app/HA!!

Hello everyone,
Is it possible to integrate Wiser door sensors and push buttons into Home Assistant? At the moment I can only see heating actuators, thermostats and micro modules.
Is it possible to integrate door sensors and push buttons?
thanks Clément

This device can actually estimate power consumption based on provided fixed_load_demand value. Works very good here.

Follow this PR in ZHA where I added support for everything there is in the spec for this thermostat: Add Schneider Electric Thermostats by uvNikita · Pull Request #3473 · zigpy/zha-device-handlers · GitHub

PR to ZHA that adds all manufacturer specific attibutes of Wiser/Schneider/Elko Thermostat has been merged.
I now opened PR that exposes most of those attributes as Home Assistant entities: Add HA entities for Schneider Electric Thermostats by uvNikita · Pull Request #3575 · zigpy/zha-device-handlers · GitHub

Hello, tomtomfx, i am using the white cross schneider system with Home Assistant. I used your Your integration and for configuration reasons i deintall it and re install. After this operation all the wiser components deasappeared except the switch. I work with the last version GitHub - tomtomfx/wiserSmartForHA: Home assistant component for the Wiser Smart Controller (White cross) 0.9.7. Do you have an idea to fix the problem. I am sorry I am a beginner. Thank you.

Hey everyone,
I was just curious if anyone has had experience with the Merten MEG5777. It is a thermostat for electric underfloor heating and is stated to use Zigbee 3.0
I believe it would integrate just fine via Z2M, but want to be on the safe side.

Buying a Wiser Hub 2 is not an option, not willing to spend another 170€ just for a hub when I have Zigbee already in the house.

The thermostat is unfortunately the only good looking (subjective) Zigbee electric underfloor heating controller with a physical dial in minmal design. sigh

Following this thread with interest, as a user of Clipsal Wiser devices in Australia.

Schneider Electric / Wiser / Elko smoke alarms are now fully supported in ZHA:

Yes, mine have been working well, including the test switch.

Schneider Electric / Clipsal / Wiser / Elko shutters are now fully supported in ZHA.

This includes:

  • Setting shutter mode (standard, opposite, schneider, schneider opposite)
  • Lift time and tilt calibration
  • Step duration when shutter is working in schneider mode.
