Its somewhat related to WTH can we not include and exclude entities for the recorder using the UI
But while im fine with configuring recorder manually (i actually dont record entities by default, just have a couple of hundreds which are manually listed in configuration.yaml), i find it very awkward to restart whole HA every time i change something
